School Safety Grants Available Across the Country

Rave Mobile Safety has and continues to work with thousands of communities across the country to address the needs of first responders and critical community services, especially in schools. The conversation around school safety continues to accelerate and legislators across the country are taking unprecedented steps toward providing the resources schools and districts critically need to implement potentially lifesaving tools.

In a previous post, Raver, Lauren Gonnelli, created a short guide for how to start the process of applying for a federal grant, which houses some of the largest funding opportunities for enhancing school safety programs and initiatives. Though this mainly remains true, the tragedy at Uvalde pushed dozens of states to take up the torch to implement their own programs to augment schools to install and maintain safety services and tools. In this post, we look across the country for what grants are out there for schools (public, private, and charter) and districts at large in states across the country.
