Rob McMullen, ENP is past president of NENA (National Emergency Number Association) and is a certified Emergency Number Professional. Mr. McMullen has worked in 9-1-1 for nearly two decades, working his way up from frontline dispatcher taking 9-1-1 calls, to communications center director overseeing a team of nearly thirty as Executive Director of Vigo County (IN) 911.
