Public Concern and the Need to Improve Mental Health Response

From COVID-19 to social unrest, the events of this past year have taken a toll on the mental health of many Americans.

To better understand public sentiment and expectations on how public safety agencies should respond to emergencies involving mental health, Rave Mobile Safety fielded a national survey of over 1,000 U.S. adults in April 2021.

In this survey report, you’ll discover:

  • The public’s willingness to provide personal mental health information to first responders
  • The top mental health concerns impacting safety as the country continues to reopen
  • Ways public safety agencies can increase public confidence in how they respond to emergencies involving mental health crises
