Meet the Speakers:

John NawrockiJohn Nawrocki
Business Development Manager, Resource Associates 
John leads Resource Associates’ consulting team and responds to requests for grant related services. He works with many clients to advise the best course of action to achieve their funding goals. John honestly and realistically assesses suitability for various funding opportunities, makes recommendations and provides guidance throughout the grant writing process. Since starting with Resource Associates in 2009, he has been directly involved in over 280 funded grants totaling over $244 million in funding for nonprofit and public agencies. He has also taught classes in Composition Fundamentals and College Composition at Colorado State University where he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English. He further completed the coursework for a Master’s in Literature at the university, as well as a successful term in the US Army. 

Doug BradberryDoug Bradberry
Solution Architect, Rave Mobile Safety 
Doug works as a Solutions Architect for Rave Mobile Safety.  Prior to working for Rave, Bradberry served as the Arkansas Department of Education’s School Safety Coordinator, where he assisted Arkansas public schools and districts in developing school safety policies and procedures and conducted school safety assessments. In addition, he worked with the Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation Division on the revision to the Arkansas Public School Academic Facility Manual. He served as the Arkansas Education Department liaison to the 18- member commission, established by Gov. Asa Hutchinson after the February 14, massacre of 17 people at Marjory Stone Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. He received an Early Childhood degree for the University of Arkansas and is working on a Leadership degree from Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky.
